Constant Contact Review
I came across this great auto-responder program that has a great straight-forward approach. The name of the program I'm talking about is called Constant Contact.
I have created a free video below showing you how to use constant contact. As soon as you land on this great website you can take a virtual tour! From here you have 2 options. You can take the E-mail Marketing Tour or the Survey Products Tour. Either way, you will begin learning a lot in a very little amount of time!
There are already thousands of people and small businesses using Constant Contact because of its low prices and easy-to-use program for e-mail marketing. Constant Contact is currently offering a free trial of 60 FULL DAYS!! This free trial is completely operable and allows you to get the feel of things with the program. Did I mention that you can receive free unlimited support during your trial period? Well, you can.
There are 4 main features of the Constant Contact program to help you create e-mails, receive tracking reports and even help you manage the contact list you have. You can send your first e-mail within minutes of learning the techniques of this program. All you need to know about creating professional e-mails is in this auto-responder system; including a drop-down menu on the face of the page to insert personal information like the customers name or address. My favorite trick that they put in is probable the fact that you can click-and-drag e-mails and contents to rearrange them. Constant Contact also has some templates stored in for you to work off of to make newsletters, business letters and even cards. After you select your desired template you can format them to your liking by changing the colors or added your logo in!
Now to the really good stuff! You can use Constant Contacts reporting feature to view WHO READ YOUR E-MAILS and WHAT THEY CLICKED ON!!! This will help you decide what offers are working best for you or your company. But that's not all they offer, as I said they can help you manage the contacts. This company even has Safe Unsubscribe (TM) on their side. You can use their mailing list box to put on your website so customers can enter their e-mail and automatically be added to your contact list. That is about as simple as it gets. You can add contacts who have previously been added another way to Constant Contact using their various options.
Enough about the e-mail stuff, let's move on to their Survey section!! As you already know, surveys are a great way to find out what your customers or clients really think about your program and service. Constant Contact will help you create the surveys and read them. They will also help you manage your contacts much in the same way with their e-mail marketing. The Survey Wizard also uses a one-screen editing feature where you can click-and-drag your questions around. If you don't know what you should be asking you can use their predefined questions, then you can edit them to your preference.
They have many different options and surveys you can choose from to make the exact survery with the exact questions you want to represent your company. Constant Contact allows you to send an e-mail inviting customers or clients directly to your survey or you can use their option to put a link on your website to your survey.
The Tracking and Reports of Constant Contact for the surveys you create is phenomenol! Not only do you get a look at the results, but you can also see into each survey to locate patterns. They also have a Filtering Feature which allows you to put customers who favored the same way in separate categories and send them different e-mails than those who favored another option. This way, your customers or clients only receive e-mails that are targeted closer to their liking.
This is definately a program any small business owner needs to communicate with customers or potential customers. Whether you are sending e-mails to promote your program or sending surveys to learn more about your customer service and programs to customers you already have, you need Constant Contact.
